Modern Classic Interior Design
This aesthetic is all about finding inspiration in the past through modern-inspired visual concepts, and by melding simplicity with traditional features to create a clean yet striking space that is memorable. This chic, sleek and thoroughly Modern Classic design style is one of our favorite ways to combine the bold with the simple.

Colour plays the core role in this style, experimenting with whites, greys, silvers, light green and blue shades are paramount to having a Modern Classic designed home. The Modern Classic style has the epitomised aesthetic of modern interiors design melded with the simplicity that the classic style brings, with clean and striking spaces that linger in our memory.

Scandinavian Interior Design

Scandinavian interior design philosophy also encourages the inclusion of nature into the home through plants, this is manifested into physical space by placing an emphasis on minimalism, clean lines, and neutral colors, Involving soft textures, natural materials, it promotes a feeling of coziness. Additively, monochromatic warm neutral whites also ensure bedroom spaces are cosy rather than stark.
In fact, Scandinavian interior design is known for combining simplicity, craftsmanship, elegant functionality and quality materials. Sophistication is present in its details and its furniture is characterized by well-studied dimensions, economy of materials and the lack of information cognitive overload.  There is even a Danish and Swedish term that defines this philosophy: “hygge” refers to the coziness that provides a feeling of wellbeing and contentment, the brand Hooga is also inspired from the same philosophy.

Contemporary Interior Design

The word “contemporary” means “of the moment,” Contemporary interior design is that design that is constantly evolving. So, this interior design is all about the here and now, the present and the everyday. This style encompasses a range of styles which were developed in the latter half of the 20th century. It flaunts what’s happening in today’s world of interior design and makes you feel relevant and up to date.
It is evolving and plays around with conventions, rebellion of the same conventions, while embracing new ideas and taking on different forms as each season comes and goes.

Contemporary is the age above all else, rooting itself in modernity. It relates to a specific time period from the early to mid-twentieth century. To clarify, this distinct style focused on simple form and function, earthy palettes, natural materials like wood, leather, and stone, and streamlined silhouettes. However, contemporary design doesn’t refer to a specific time period, it’s constantly evolving to reflect the popular styles of present-day design.
Contemporary Interior Design
The number one rule for minimalism here is “less is more”. So, it’s important to remember not to clutter the contemporary home with collections of too many pieces or articles. This approach will allow all of your contemporary furniture and accessories not only to breathe but also to stand out and give it the accent it needs. A variety of textures will help add visual interest to the space. Metals like stainless steel, nickel & chrome are very popular in contemporary design aesthetic, as they provide a clean finish.
At the end of the day, multiple interior design aesthetics are achievable and can be maneuvered to exactly what suits you and your wants. Modular built-in furniture makes that simple and easy to even transform if the need was to hypothetically arise. Interior design is deeply personal, as it should be and is going to remain that way for as long as the human race exercises individuality, so why should a home’s design style not reflect the same sentiment?
